If you’ve had to work with 3PL providers before, you know how much wait times in all different stages of the chain can hurt your business. And particularly now, in this post-pandemic economy, resources seem to have shrunk to unprecedented limits and you always need to account for the unforeseen.

We are your warehouse away from your warehouse (or office, or home).

We are the extension of your own operation. We are an integral part of your business and, therefore, of your success. At Neptune Cold Storage you will never be just another customer. You won’t have to introduce yourself every time you contact us. It’s YOUR warehouse. We make you feel like we’re the office next door…yeah, that good!

Your broker loves us, too (probably more than he/she loves you)!

We work closely with your broker, freight forwarder, and transportation coordinator. You name it. If they need to squeeze in an inbound container at the last minute, we won’t be an obstacle in the chain. We will work it out.

Need to see how the new product looks but you're a few states/countries away?

We’ll snap that picture and send it your way, in as many angles as you wish. We will also re-pack, label, and handle your product in as many ways as you need it to. That’s what we do.
